Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store purchases).

Qualifying Issues for Return:

  • Sizing Error: The item received does not match the size selected at checkout.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what was ordered.
  • Defects: Visible damage, misprints, or seam issues not disclosed in the product description.
  • General Returns: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Please note that certain accessories (like jewelry) may be final sale for hygiene reasons.
