1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Free shipping is available for orders over $99.00.

Transit time begins after the 3–5 day processing period is completed.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MST) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Operating Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)

Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

Important Note: All delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimated only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors outside our direct control.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted international partners including DHL Express, Australia Post, Canada Post, and other local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Tracking Visibility: For some international destinations, tracking visibility may be limited after the package is transferred to a local delivery partner. We recommend checking with your carrier for real-time updates.

Customs & Duties: Any import taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other destination-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges vary significantly by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, your order may be shipped by one or more of the following carriers:

5. Shipment Origin

To improve fulfillment efficiency and delivery speed, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and shipping destination. Your order may ship from our East Helena location or from fulfillment partners. You will be notified of the shipment origin in your tracking confirmation email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the following information:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections or import procedures
  • High shipping volume during peak seasons
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Public holidays

Carrier delays are outside our direct control, and delivery estimates should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

If your order has not arrived within 20–25 business days after shipment, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.

8. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Your address should include:

  • Full name
  • Street address (including apartment/unit number if applicable)
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Phone number (for delivery coordination)

Stacks Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Single Shipping Address: Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you need to split an order across multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States, primarily through USPS.

APO/FPO Addresses: Delivery to military addresses may not be available for all products or carriers. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in East Helena, Montana. Select this option at checkout or contact us at support@stacksclothing.com to arrange.

10. Taxes, Duties, and VAT

International Orders: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-related charges are not included in the shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customer Responsibility: Any applicable import fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local Regulations: These charges vary significantly by country, so we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

11. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item from multiple angles.

  3. Do Not Discard Packaging: Keep the original packaging and materials for carrier inspection if needed.
  4. Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. For items damaged due to carrier negligence, we will file a claim on your behalf.
