Important Note: Stacks Clothing Co. specializes in custom-made and made-to-order apparel. Every product is carefully crafted and produced individually based on your specific requirements and design specifications.

No Ready-Made Inventory: We do not maintain ready-made inventory. Every item is created specifically for your order, ensuring uniqueness and personalization.
Production Timeline: Custom orders typically require 3–5 business days for production after payment is confirmed. This timeline may vary based on order complexity and volume.
No Modifications After Production: Once an order enters the production phase, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure all details (design, size, color) are correct before finalizing your order.
Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of uploaded designs, sizes selected, color choices, and shipping information provided at checkout. We cannot be held liable for errors in these details.

Section 3 – Product Accuracy & Variations

We strive to display our products’ colors, images, and specifications as accurately as possible on our website. However, please be aware of the following:

Screen Display Variations: Screen settings, monitor calibration, and display technology vary significantly between devices. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the actual product. Colors may appear different on your screen than they do in person.
Printing Process Variations: Slight variations in print placement, color saturation, and ink density are inherent to the sublimation printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects. These minor variations are normal and expected in custom printing.
Fabric Variations: Natural variations in fabric texture, weave, and dye lots may occur. These are normal characteristics of quality textiles.
Acceptable Tolerances: We maintain strict quality control, but minor imperfections that do not affect the wearability or functionality of the product are considered acceptable and are not grounds for return or refund.

Section 4 – Pricing & Payment Security

Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout are the prices that will be charged for your order.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order you place with us. This includes orders that appear to violate our policies or contain errors. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

As per our Custom-Made Policy, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference. However, we do stand behind the quality of our products.

Free Replacements Are Provided ONLY For:

Manufacturing Defects: Torn fabric, seam failure, broken zippers, or other structural defects caused by our production team.
Printing Errors: Printing errors, color mismatches, or design placement issues caused by our production team.
Shipping Damage: Items damaged in transit that were properly packaged.

NOT Covered: Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection, color preference changes, fit issues (where the size matches the order), or general dissatisfaction with the product.

Your Content: When you submit designs, images, artwork, or other content to us for production, you guarantee and represent that:

You own all rights to such content or have obtained proper authorization from the copyright holder.

The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

By submitting content to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

Our Intellectual Property: All materials on this website, including but not limited to branding, logos, website design, website code, product photography, curated designs, and written content, are the exclusive property of Stacks Clothing Co. and Natiglow Media LLC.
